Coach Travel:
JW, director, queried lack of availability for away games, particularly as the league is very southern based and it was suggested that the Trust investigate running the away travel. Club agreed to subsidise £500 per match. GB & MK have looked at how other Trusts have managed this. Discussion around the practicalities and administration of this. Agreed to seek volunteers.

There has been an issue with bulk emails being sent from Scott’s account due to the size of the document. BM suggested a solution.
Club now charging for Matchball Sponsorship
Action point – Should the Trust have a target form new membership?
Trust leaflets to be distributed at the Fixtures Business event next Weds and at Community Trust soccer schools. All need to be proactive in distributing leaflets.
Use of current Squad Builder fund
Currently £16,322 in the bank as at 30/06/2024.
Players available will be suggested to the club.

Quiz night to be rearranged until September, will be held at the Flying Horse.
