Dale’s Football in the Community have launched a new programme aimed at the over 60’s.
The programme has been launched targeting senior citizens in the Rochdale, based at Dale’s Crown Oil Arena.
Activities at the group will include walking football/netball, mat bowls, computer activities, bingo, cards, gentle gym exercises, and much more!
Refreshments will be on offer, and free match tickets to Dale home matches will also be available!
It will take place every Wednesday between 1pm-4pm, and free transport will be made available by the club to those wishing to attend.
The group begins on Wednesday 2nd May.
