  1. Responsibility for this will be 2 people for each media outlet with a prime administrator and then a backup person, these being.
  • X Charlie prime , Ruby back up
  • Instagram Harry prime, Jake, James back up
  • Facebook Jake, Ruby prime,  Bob back up
  • FPA Facebook Keith prime,  Jake, Shiv back up
  • Main website Bob prime, Ian, Ruby  back up
  • Youtube James prime, Harry, Jake back up
  • Linkin Harry prime,  Ruby back up (new outlet to be set up)
  • Fans Message Board Emma prime, Harry, Ruby, Bob back up
  • Potentially other media outlets for the future snapchat (no due to being football focussed, blue sky could be one for the future.

ALL SOCIAL MEDIA LIKES/ REPOSTS NEED TO BE UNDRSTOOD ITS ON BEHALF OF THE TRUST AND NOT PERSONAL OPINION AND FOLLOWS NEED TO BE TRUST RELATED AND NOT OF POLITICAL STANCE.  ALL FOLLOWS NEED TO BE TRUST LINKS

  1. Log on details to be entered onto sheets including passwords (new central folder to be set up by Bob)
