The Dale Supporters Trust’s September Player of the Month is Kairo Mitchell, a fitting reward for his outstanding performance, duly recognised by the overwhelming number of votes he received.
Voting each month is open to all fans and from the total votes cast, those Trust members voting are entered into a draw to determine who would present the award to Kairo.
The lucky member chosen was Paul Schemet and the presentation took place before the Evening with Hendo event on Saturday after the Southend game.
However, as Kairo received physio treatment after the game, the picture shows Hendo receiving the award on his behalf, a signed copy of which Paul retained as a souvenir.
