Supporter concerns
The Trust has had a high number of approaches after both home games
this season in relation to elements of customer service that are of
concern.
Of particular note is the absence of Reserved seat labelling for
season card holders – something that has worked perfectly well for
many a year.
On Saturday evening, club Director Tony Pockney posted on Facebook
that the reason was a cost saving exercise at least for this season.
The Trust subsequently emailed an offer to pay for and install the
stickers on season card holder seats. The response was that the club
did not see a reason for the use of single use plastic for this and
that stewards would assist in instances whereby someone is incorrectly
seated.
Other issues have been sent in for looking into and answers have been promised.
