Trust Board Meeting: 6:30pm 10th April 2024

Minutes approved from last meeting
Noel was invited to share his report on season ticket and match day pricing. The report was comprehensive and has since been shared with the club Chairman, SG.
Ownership Update – MK & GB have been invited to lunch with PO and family on Saturday before the Dorking match. PO was meeting the directors on the Friday evening.
End of Season Awards Night -Taking place after the Dorking match in the Ratcliffe Arms from 6pm. James Devine will record the event for our YouTube channel and CS will update the Twitter page.
Membership Fees 24/25 – Agreed that the fee will be £7.50 for the new season
Membership cards – The cost of producing and posting membership cards outweighs the benefits and as they are plastic, they are environmentally unfriendly. It was a unanimous decision on the evening not to have physical cards and to look at digital alternatives. Trust membership leaflet could be emailed if needed.
MK – have you got the template from last season?
Card Machine – new one has been ordered, Bob will show the group how to use it at the next meeting.
Social media – James Devine to be asked if he will be the Youth representative and maintain the YouTube channel. CS will manage the Twitter account.
AOB– There have been issues with the Google group email – Bob to set up a new email.
