We’ve been in talks with the Club over the past 3-4 weeks about launching a Squad Builder programme that will allow supporters to contribute directly to the Playing Budget at the Club.
Most would agree that Dale Head Coach Jim McNulty has done a great job with the resources he has available to him as we sit just outside of the playoffs midway through the season. The principle behind any such scheme is to strengthen the first team above and beyond any existing wage budget to give the boost required.
We intend to host a Fans Meeting early in January to finalise details on any such scheme. We will confirm a date and time for that meeting at the earliest opportunity. In the meantime, if you would like to make a one off donation ahead of the launch of any proposed scheme, you can do so by either making a direct transfer to the Dale Trust

Ahead of that meeting, we would appreciate your support in letting us know your thoughts on the scheme and what you think will work best at Dale. We have included links to a number of other Clubs’ schemes. We would welcome any feedback you can find from these or from other Clubs who have operated schemes that boost the playing budget.
