The Club and the Trust have agreen a season long engagement programme that will commence later this month.
The thoughts behind the programme is to have a clear and defined plan regarding fan engagement over the next twelve months. Our aspirations are for this Club to be the model club when it comes to working with supporters, and this will be a massive step forward towards achieving that.
Within the schedule, there are four focus group meetings. These will be opportuntities for all supporters to get involved and more details will be provided nearer the time. You will notice that the Volunteer Army is listed for the end of September – this will not be the first time that this will be discussed and we have agreed with the Club to start on something long before that. We hope to have details on that on or before the first meeting on the schedule.
The two Fans Forums are listed and we have already raised the issue of either making these accessible to our Exiles. We will continue to work towards making that happen.
We as a Trust are working on a similar schedule to provide regular opportunities to supporters to contribute with feedback and ideas ahead of any Club / Trust meetings, similar to the Supporters’ Meetings held at the end of last season. These will be announced once the fixtures for the new season are released.
We will be publish a report from each and every meeting.
All dates may be subjected to change, with any change of dates announced as soon as possible.
