We have seen a new ticketing system introduced at Spotland this season, and after ten or so home matches, we thought it was the ideal time to ask supporters how they have found the system so far.
The new system has seen barcode scanners at the turnstiles and the removal of any cash turnstiles, with tickets for both home and away matches available to be purchased online, via telephone or at the ticket office. The first couple of games saw delays at getting in but this seems to have eased since then.
The survey is aimed at how you have found the process of purchasing tickets so far this season, with a view to identifying any issues that hopefully can be addressed for next season. We intend to look at the possibility of a cash turnstile as an additional issue.
