TRUST STATEMENT. Spennymoor Game

Trust Statement.

Following the Spennymoor game, we received numerous complaints about “On the day logistics” at the COA.

There were issues regarding Turnstile Entrances, a perceived lack of staffing, steward complaints and seating and ticketing issues, many of which Trust Board directors and representatives were involved with on the day.

We have spoken to many members who were affected and disgruntled on the day.

We have written to the club requesting a meeting with the Senior Management Team to explore these issues and to move forward quickly in providing answers and solutions, which hopefully will enable us to finish the season on a more positive note.

We will update members and fans when we can.
