The kit focus group met on the 28th of November at the COA and featured a presentation by CEO George Delves followed by questions and answers at the end.
The purpose was to generate opinions from the Trust members and fan base alike on where the club may/should go when designing next year’s kit.
This presentation is important as it will be the first in a consultation process which will feature a survey amongst the members and fan base alike on what direction the club should ask Oneil’s, our kit designers to go.
Traditionalists may perish the thought that we could deviate away from tradition but if nothing else, this year’s kit, which came from a substantial canvas of many thousands of Dale fans saw a move away from tradition, vivid shape and colours unanimously voted for by fans, yet, still there are the stripes which many like.
The presentation is pictorial and contains much-valued information and demonstrates concerns that many may not have thought about.
We are grateful to George Delves, though fighting off the winter lurgy, for this excellent presentation, the Trust wish him well and offers our thanks.

There will be further consultation including a preference survey to members/fan base over the festive holiday.
