Up date regarding the Club AGM
The following is taken from the club website and shareholders will receive personal notification.
As a reminder, the Trust is a shareholder and all members should have been notified of the Trust survey requesting members indicate their preference for who the Trust should support for the director re-election.

Notice is hereby given that the 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Rochdale Association Football Club Limited will now be held at 10am on Monday 30th December in The Ratcliffe Bar.

This has been rearranged from Tuesday 10th December due to our Isuzu FA Trophy third round tie against Leamington now taking place that night.

Shareholders will receive notice and other relevant papers via email in the coming days. Any Shareholder who has not registered their email address, or who needs to update their contact details, can do so by emailing shares@rochdaleafc.co.uk.

Shareholders will have the opportunity to ask the Board of Directors questions relating to the business of the AGM, this time under the ‘any other business’ section of the meeting.

This will be followed by a Fans’ Forum on Thursday 30th January 2025 in The Ratcliffe, where members of the Board will be in attendance, along with Chief Operating Officer George Delves, Director of Commercial Operations Andy Duff, Community Trust Director Ryan Bradley and Head Coach Jimmy McNulty.
