The full article published in the Manchester Evening News today explains further thinking by the club and is a further glimpse into the vision that the Ogden family has brought to the Dale.

This and other topics were part of the Trusts regular meeting with the Directors on Thursday 24th October, a report of the meeting will be published this week. The Trust continues to support the vision that the Ogden family have brought to the club, to which we bring positive support to the club board, and along with bring new trust initiatives  we hope will strengthen our work within the community as part of the “Inclusive Community Mission” that the investment has brought.

The subject regarding the Football regulator was raised in parliament by Rochdale’s MP Paul Waugh, see HERE  and is for information only

NOTE.

The Supporters Trust is a non political body with no political affiliations, the included video from Parliament is one of the rarest of occasions that the Dale have been mentioned in parliament and is linked to todays MEN news announcement.

The Trust  membership is  a broad church from  the community which does include  politicians from across the national and local political spectrum, some are active and some not, more importantly all are long term Dale fans and all have, along with the rest of the membership, supported the Trust and its aims  since its inception.

The Trust welcomes and supports all  endeavours that further the clubs ambitions to move forward in the “Ogden” way to  which we believe the collective benefit is to  its members, the fan base in general and the wider community in Rochdale will only be enhanced.
