Following the Trusts post on the 26th Jan 2024 asking supporters for an “Expression Of Interest for a Small quantity share purchase (see HERE) we just wanted to thank all who have emailed asking to be put on the list for consideration for the Issue.
We have set a cut off date of Feb 5th 2024 for all those interested to respond by as we are working to a deadline in March to advise the club.
As stated previously, a straw poll had been taken in conversations with a number of supporters and it was agreed that if 200 existing and/or potential new shareholders would commit to purchasing a minimum amount of 25 shares at £2.35 each on or by 1st March 2024, then the club would honour this.
We have had a good response and thank all who have emailed us, we will acknowledge all individually once the deadline date of 5th Feb is here. Applications are going well but we still need more fans to come on board to get us to the minimum 200 people, it is a rare chance to purchase such a minimal amount and we hope as many people as possible subscribe to the offer.
