We are very pleased to confirm Josh Lillis as our third and final Curry Night speaker.
Lillis holds the record appearances for the Club as a goalkeeper having making his first appearance for the Club back in 2009 before his departure in 2020. His Dale career boasts a promotion (technically two), a trip to Wembley in the 5th Round of the FA Cup and a member of the side that competed for a League One Play Off place, and he proved himself to be a popular member of the squad with supporters throughout his time at the Club.
Lillis joins his fellow speakers Steve Whitehall and Peter Ward to complete our trip of Dale legends to appear at our Curry Night. The three former Dale players can boast close to 700 appearances for the Club between them, covering most eras over the past thirty years.
The Curry Night takes place at the Club on Thursday 14th April. We still have tickets available priced at £30 for Trust members and £35 for non Trust members. All funds raised will go towards the legal defence fund against Morton House in which the Trust are being taken to high court.
The food will served by the good people behind Bombay Brew – the very popular restaurant in town.
We are asking supporters who wish to attend the Curry Night to book sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment.
