The Trust are launching a pilot scheme today by introducing an ongoing question and answer service for Trust members. The aim is to build on and improve the transparency and fan engagement between the Trust and its members.
It couldn’t be simpler. If you have a question about the Trust, about the Club or about anything you would like us to answer, email it in to questions@daletrust.co.uk, and every week or two, we will publish all of the questions that we have received with our answers.
Of course, some questions may require consultation with the club, and therefore our response will be that we will follow it up with the club and some may prompt further fan engagement to allow us to see if an issue is an isolated one or a sign of something more widespread.
We don’t know the volume of questions we will be getting but we believe that this pilot scheme is definitely worth a try and will lead to a greater insight into how we operate.
If successful, we will look for something a little more hi-tech that displays the questions as they come in, but we want to judge the success of the pilot before further commitment.
