Tuesday evening saw the Club host the AGM’s for 2020 and 2021, with a rearranged EGM from 2020 as well as the Trust’s EGM. Here are the outcomes from those meetings:
The results
AGM 2020: Andrew Kelly re-elected (95% in favour 5% against)
AGM 2021: Tony Pockney re-elected (98% in favour 2% against)
EGM 2020: All resolutions withdrawn by the Club
Trust called EGM: David Bottomley removed as Director (60% in favour, 40% against), Graham Rawlinson removed as Director (52.7% in favour, 47.3% against)
As has been previously stated, the Trust’s original call was for an EGM to be called to allow the discussion of a number of matters of concern related to the governance of the Football Club. all four Directors to be up for re-election. However on legal advice following a rejection of that call, we amended this to the removal of the two Directors David Bottomley and Graham Rawlinson.
We will provide a full reaction to this later this week.
