Now that the Club has announced the agenda for the AGM/EGM, we will be balloting all Trust members within the next few days.
We will be emailing all Trust members on Saturday morning with a survey asking them how they would like the Trust to vote on the evening. As a democractic organisation, the Trust will abide by the decision made by its Members.
Due to a massive influx of new members, some new Members who have signed up recently may have to wait a couple of days to receive their ballot.
Only Adult / Exile Trust members who have signed up by 20th May 2021 will be eligible to participate in the vote. We will be asking Members to confirm their name and email address as a verification process but we will not be looking at individual Members votes. The short time scale between the announcement and the AGM/EGM prevented us from doing a postal ballot.
Any Trust member who has not received their ballot by Wednesday 26th May should contact us via info@daletust.co.uk.
The closing date for all votes will be Saturday 29th May at 3pm
