As most members and fans will know, the trust has a confidential help line and email address for use by members and fans who need help or support, especially during times of personal distress. The trust has two qualified counsellors, and though we do not offer counselling we are willing to listen, where possible advise and if need be sign post to other supportive agencies, but above all provide a listening understanding ear to those that contact us
All contacts are treated in complete confidence
save for any time we think a person may be at risk or harm where we may have to involve other support agencies, but we will at all times involve you in our thinking.
