Hi everybody and i hope you’re looking forward to our first scheduled home match of the new season, which sees us pitted again against Peterborough United just like last year in the Football League Division One.
It looks like another thrilling season with games against local Clubs in Bury and Oldham Athletic plus numerous other accessible matches.

MASCOTS

Harry

Today we welcome Harley Bagley to Spotland as our mascot for the day so we will be expecting him to enjoy a sensational day out witnessing Dale win the first three points of the season.
Harley’s birthday is 3rd September when he will be seven years old, he attends Marland Hill Primary School and is a popular member of our Tiny Tots session every Monday plus our Soccer Schools at the Soccer Factory, which he enjoys a lot.
His favourite position is being a striker and favourite Dale players are Ian Henderson and Callum Camps.

If anyone watching today wants this treat for a special person for any reason, then please contact me at the Football in the Community Trust.

GREATER MANCHESTER ABILITY COUNTS LEAGUE

Ability Counts at Wigan

Congratulations to our Ability Counts Team on winning the Greater Manchester Ability Counts Open Age League last season.
For the record, they won seventeen out of the allocated twenty six matches, drawing five and losing only four with a goal difference of plus nineteen resulting in fifty six points gained during a long but extremely successful campaign.
They were presented with well deserved trophies at Wigan Athletic in June.

ROCHDALE AFC LADIES
