Health – Ian Henderson
Social inclusion – Jonathan Diba
Show Racism the Red Card – Calvin Andrew
Futsal – Joel Logan
Girls/women’s football – Jamie Allen

Players are very important to us regularly attending sessions mainly at Schools or Soccer Schools giving us the benefit of their individual experiences to promote our continuing development of the Trust. Thanks goes to Keith and his management team for allowing us regular access to the lads as their input is extremely valued.
FUTSAL UPDATE
Both the “A” and “B” teams put in below average performances against Huddersfield Town last week but I put this down to the Christmas break so will looking to a big improvement over the second half of the season which could lead to success in both the National Competition and the Soccer AM Cup.
For the record, the “A” team won 5-1 with goals from Tommy Taylor 2, Lewis Stagg, Jack Warner and Mike Lawless and the “B” enjoyed a 10-2 win with Sam Gregori 4, Dennon Ashcroft 3, Bradley Hancock 2 and Daniel Licata sharing the goals
FOOTBALL LEAGUE GIRLS UNDER 13’S CUP REGIONAL FINALS
St Annes Academy, representing Rochdale AFC made an unfortunate exit from the Regional Finals at Leeds Futsal Arena conceding a goal with thirty seconds left on the clock in their semi final tie against Hartlepool United, who went on to win the competition and now progress onward to the Grand Final played before the Johnstones Paints Cup Final.
The girls opened well with a victory over Bradford City assisted by an own goal to compliment a well taken effort by Lizzy Stock but lost out to a youthful Middlesborough team 0-2 in the next game.
Their final group match saw a well deserved 2-1 win over Huddersfield Town with goals from Lizzy Stock and Sharon Usuanlete which was enough to see them through to the semi final. Siobhan reported back that the girls played their hearts out proving a credit to their School. By the way the team was ably managed by Matthew Connolly one of Dale’s more fanatical supporters.
