We have received a number of complaints from members and supporters regarding the decision to close the Pearl Street stand for the visit of Bromley FC in the First Round of the FA Cup. Those concerns have regarded the movement of supporters from their normal seats, the devaluation of the FA Cup as a result of the stand closure and the risk of issues at the turnstiles with the Main Stand remaining all ticket for this game.
We promptly spoke to the club on Monday morning, and subsequently have passed on (anonymously) the emailed complaints that we have received in order to represent the views of the supporters to the club. Discussions have continued with the club throughout the week, and it’s hoped some resolution can be achieved which will address the issues raised by members / supporters in the near future.
